The Access Statement for Padog B&B
Padog B&B is a modern style bungalow built in the 70’s of brick construction and is situated 200m off the A470. It is 1mile north from the centre of Llanrwst on a quiet side road, its elevated position shows lovely views of the Conwy Valley.
There is car parking for 3 cars which is private and on site.
It is accessed by a tarmac and slate gravel driveway and a paved path that leads from the car park to the rear entrance door has sensor lighting.
There is 1 step up of 200mm into the conservatory entrance, the rest of Padog B&B is on one level through-out including the walk in showers in the en-suite bathrooms. Bedroom doors are standard size of 2'6" and the en-suite doors are 2'3".
